Steelhold was a game of Dwarf Fortress with a large, community-provided backstory. Laugh, cry, and be confused by the struggles of the (slightly sociopathic) dwarves as they attempt to found (and subsequently survive in) a desert penal colony divided by religion, politics and competence levels.

If you want to contribute a page, go ahead! Just make sure you don't violate canon. For clarification, whatever the person taking his turn when the event occurs takes precedence over anyone's journal, and if a character is being referenced by readers, the reader who controls that character is the ultimate judge of canon. Mostly, canon is pretty self-evident for now. If you need to ask a question, check if anyone's on the Chat, which can be found at the top of the page on the navigation bar. If not, consider asking on this page's talk page.
